HOW TO MAKE ORDERS

1. If you have any questions regarding the item you have interest in, feel free to ask us by email at cherry.comel@yahoo.com. You can also call/SMS to Fazi (012-7552800) or Azra (017-3783414)

2. Then, scroll down to the bottom of this website and fill in the order form. Or you can also send email or SMS/phone call with the following details:-

a) Your Name,

b)Handphone Number,

c)Address (for delivery)

d)Item(s) details –Name, size, colour and quantity.

3. After that, we will send you a confirmation of the availability of the item you want with total of shopping + shipping. This usually takes 24-48 hours.

DELIVERY @ SHIPPING

1.We deliver our products using the normal post by Pos Malaysia and below is the delivery rates (3-4 days)
1 item = Rm 1.00
Add RM 0.50 for every additional item. For e.g. 2 items = RM 1.50 and 3 items = RM 2.00.

2. If you prefer to use Pos Laju, you can also let us know that. It costs slightly more, depending on the weight of your shopping (2-3 days). Usually,
1 item = RM 4.00
Add RM 1 for every additional item. For e.g. 2 items = RM 5.00 and 3 items = RM 6.00.

GREAT NEWS! We offer FREE DELIVERY if the total of your purchase is more than RM 60per delivery!

3. Your shopping item(s) will be wrapped in plastic bags and recycled paper (for clothes) or box (for shoes) to ensure that you receive them in good condition.

4. We deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday of each week.

5. Once the item(s) has been posted, you will receive a text message/email with the order number for tracking purpose (please refer to
